Back to Eleven Mile
Headed back to Eleven Mile Canyon with Mark, since run off has hit most of the other water in the state. We end up trying a couple new spots and finish at an old favorite. The weather was partly cloudy and windy all day but the flows were around 70cfs and clear. Mark ends up having a good day catching 12 while I struggle a little and only manage 5. Out of those fish, ten were caught on a Amy's Ant and 7 nymphing. Pretty good day and we found some new water we like.

Beautiful as usual Kevin. I'm booked to stay just outside of Rocky Mt. Nat. Park for three days next week. As of this morning there was 21 inches of snow there. I'm thinking there probably won't be much fishing to report.
ReplyDeleteThanks! That's just bad timing as far as the fishing is concerned. Good luck!
