South Platte River

 Headed down to the South Platte with my buddy Jimmy for a change of pace.  The weather was nice but overcast and the water was low and clear.  We both try hopper dropper setups for the day but sdaly the fishing was super slow.  I manage to get a 12" brown and a 6" brown on a amy's ant and two bit hooker respectfully but Jimmy unfortunately got skunked.  We end up fishing three different spots and then end the day by playing a round of frisbee golf( Jimmy won that).  Great day in the mountains!
