Big Thompson River

 Headed up to Rocky Mountain National Park with Mark to try our luck in Moraine Park.  The ground was covered with snow and the wind was up but we had the entire meadow to ourselves.  The water was low and clear and the fish were very spooky.  We worked our way upstream for a couple hours but only managed to catch a single fish each.  Mark caught his on a pink san juan and mine on a red san juan.  We decide to finish the day in the canyon and catch 3 more fish between us.  Not the best day of fishing but still nice to get out.
