Headed up to the park to see if the Roaring River was fishable and maybe some other creeks if needed. Mark and I hike up the hill to Roaring River only to see that the river is completely whitewater. We try to fish for about a half hour before calling it and heading down.
We fish a little of Fall River but still are having no luck. At least Fall river was still fishable and running fairly clear. I manage to hook a fish but it shakes off within seconds. With neither of us having any luck we decide to try Glacier Creek.

We find a section to fish and start working our way downstream. The flows are a little up but the creek is still fairly clear. I am having no luck and getting hung up in trees left and right. Mark has worked into a few fish casting downstream and just twitching backwards. With this area frustrating me we decide to head to moraine park.

We get to moraine park and find the river as high as I have ever seen it. Blowing over the banks and creating little islands everywhere. We fish for just a few minutes before calling it a day and heading home.
Second day in a row of tough fishing, or should I say casting. Skunked in Rocky Mountain N.P.! That is not right!
