Cache La Poudre River day1
Mark and I headed up the Poudre canyon to do a couple days of fishing and camping. After setting up camp we head to the river around noon and start fishing. Mark is almost instantly on a fish and I get one out of the second and third holes I try. We work our way upstream for the next 6 hours having one of the best fishing days we have had on this river. Mark ends up with over twenty and I caught 17 with easily another 15 on and off between us. The red Amy's Ant was the only fly needed all day. We call it around 6pm and head back to camp.
