Great day on Piney River
Headed up to Piney River for the day to try my luck after hearing the fishing was good. I end up walking down the trail about an hour so I can spend the day fishing my way back upstream to the car. I start the day at the bottom of the second meadow at a couple of really nice holes and pull out four with one brown at 14". Over the next six hours I probably land 60 fish, mostly on a caddis. The trick of the day was skating the fly. Great weather in a beautiful canyon with great fishing made for a fantastic day.

I don't think there is anywhere in the world prettier than RMNP. Thanks Kevin.
