Clear Creek

Headed up to Clear Creek for the day to see if the fishing has turned on since runoff.  I start low in the canyon at a spot I have fished many times.  It takes a few minutes but I hook into a little brown for my first fish.  I work upstream catching ten fish in this first stretch.  I move upstream to another spot I have fished numerous times.  Just as before it takes a little time to get the first fish.  This time it's a brookie in the near side slack water.  Once again I work upstream and catch eleven in this stretch before calling it a day and heading home.  Pretty good day of fishing!
