Small creek fishing

Mark and I decided to try a couple small creeks for the day and got to the first one around 11am.  After a half hour walk downstream we start fishing our way back up to the car.  The fishing is slow and right off the bat a spin caster walks up from behind and moves ahead of us for the rest of the time we are there.  With that being said Mark catches one and I get two before we call it and walk back to the car and head to the second spot.  We get to the creek around 3pm and walk downstream a ways so we can fish back up to the car again.  Thankfully this creek offered up a few more fish for both of us and we catch a dozen between us in the two hours it takes to get back to the car.  Slow fishing but a good day on the water!
