Slow start to a good finish on Clear Creek

Started the day fishing a spot I have fished many times before but just as I start a thunderstorm rolls over so I give it time to pass before I start.  I work a number of spots and get some fish to flash but none to take the fly.  After a number of tries I finally get a brown to take the bwo and then four more of his buddies before picking up and heading upstream to a new spot.  Second spot treated me just like the first and gave me five more fish after a lot of casting.  Third spot I try is a new spot for me but ended up being the most productive.  I pull eleven out of this area before calling it a day around 7pm and heading home.

Rod:  Iwana 12' 6/4
