Cache la Poudre River

Headed back to the Poudre with Mark for the day hoping to have another great day.  We get to the river around 11am with the water low and clear and the weather perfect.  This time we start at the corner spot, then to our normal starting spot and finishing at the islands.  I tie on a elk hair caddis and pick up a couple fish pretty quick.  Sadly after that the fishing slowed down more and more as the day went on.  The first stop gave up 19 between us, the second gave up 2 between us and the third spot gave up one to me.  We call it a day around 4:30pm and head back to the car fairly frustrated from the last couple hours of fishing.  Still a good day of fishing in the mountains!
