Clear Creek

Well I headed back up to Clear Creek to see if the warm weather had turned the fish on.  I end up fishing the same spot as last time and once again only fish for a couple of hours.  I tie on a amy's ant and start working my way upstream.  I get nothing until I get to the first big pool.  Sip, set and I have my first fish of the year.  I end up getting two out of this pool before heading upstream.  I try a few more deep pools but only get two bites, where I missed the set both times.  I head back to the first pool to finish the day and get one more little brown.  Not bad considering the ice shelves and I was dry fly fishing with a hopper.
