Day 50
Had a couple of hours in the middle of the day around the town of Truckee and went to the regional park and fished the Truckee for about a hundred yards up and down stream. I had heard it would be tough fishing but I had a good section of river to fish in my eyes and was ready to go. After trying a few holes I cast to a little riffle by a rock and hook a fish, which quickly shakes itself loose. I keep casting and hook another in the same area and get the same results. After moving up and down stream my time is up with no fish caught but a good couple of hours on a river that seemed promising.
