South Platte River

Headed down to the South Platte for a few hours of fishing at my two favorite spots.  The weather was perfect and the water was low and clear.  I have on a amy's ant followed by a caddis nymph but don't get any action through the first five or six holes.  I get to the corner and finally get into some fish and end up with five from the first area.  The second area was about the same starting really slow and finishing with 4 fish to hand.  I call it day around noon and head back home with a good day of fishing in.
