South Platte River

Wanted to try and get some fishing in before the storms hit in the afternoon, so I headed down to the South Platte for a couple hours.  Once again I fish the same two spots I always do but this time the fishing was tough.  I catch one rainbow in the first stretch and don't get anything from the second area.  The one fish was caught on a black caddis.  I call it after two hours and head home.  Tough day of fishing!
