South Platte River

Headed back to the South Platte for the day hoping to have better luck than the last time I was here.  I reverse the order of places I like to fish and start at the confluence around 8:30am.  Thankfully the fishing was on and I manage to get five here on a two bit hooker and amy's ant with one other on and off before moving on.  My second stop is a little slow only giving up two fish right at the top of the section.  Third spot(my favorite) of the day is much like the second in that the action is slow and once again only get two fish before calling it a day around noon.  Pretty good day on the water!
