Clear Creek

Headed up to Clear Creek for the first time this year to try my luck.  I head up high to one of my favorite spots and find the water 80% open.  I tie on a amy's ant and a emerger and start my day.  I hook into a little brown in the second hole I try, when it ate the amy's ant.  The next couple fish were also on the amy's ant despite all the snow and ice.  I work upstream a ways picking up 7 fish in all with about half of them on a emerger and the other half on the Amy's Ant.  I call it after a couple hours and head home before work tonight.  Good day on the water!
