South Platte River

The day started around 9am at my favorite spot and right off the bat I get a little rainbow to eat the zug bug.  I work the other pools and get a couple bites but no more fish to hand.  I start working my way upstream and start getting into some fish.  They are taking the amy's ant for the most part but the zug bug is working as well.  I finish the first area with five fish all around the 12" mark.  My second stop is my other favorite spot and I end up catching five more but this time all on the zug bug.  I finish the day around 1pm with ten to hand a few on and off.  Great day!
