Long day on Halfmoon Creek

Today was a long day of walking upstream farther than I have ever walked before.  I ended up walking well past the campgrounds before turning around after what turned out to be a great day of fishing.  The best part of the day was that I did not have to switch flies once, using a purple parachute adams.  By the end of the day I had caught rainbow, brown and brookies in numbers but still no luck with a cutthroat.

Rod:  Iwana 12' 6/4
Line:  Furled 12'
Fly That Worked:  Purple Parachute Adams
