Back to Clear Creek
Hit up Clear Creek today for about fours hours at a few of my old favorite spots. First spot gives up 8, second spot gives up 5 and the third gave up 4. I manage to catch a brown, brookie and rainbow all on the Amy's Ant before the wind picks up and blows me off the water. Still a pretty good day of fishing.

Without asking you to give up any secrets, do you fish off 70 or 6 the most? I'm envious of your skill.
ReplyDeleteI fish Clear Creek from Golden to US40. Recently I have been going to spots off I-70 above Idaho Springs because the water is more clear. You can catch fish anywhere! My best strategy is to cover a lot of water and hit every edge and pocket pool.
