East Inlet Creek

Headed up to fish East Inlet Creek for the day inside R.M.N.P.  The plan was to fish the trees after the first meadow but that got changed when I saw a few people fishing the first meadow.  I was going to walk above them and cut over to the creek but once you walk around the first meadow you don't come back to the creek until the second meadow.  So second meadow fishing it was for the day.  As I walk up to the second meadow I can see the rain clouds rolling in from the west and hope they will pass to the north.  I start fishing and almost instantly get a small brookie as I work upstream.  I continue to fish for a couple hours picking up a little brookie about every other hole before the rains start and I decide to call it a day.  Caught just short of twenty brookies and got to fish one of the prettiest spots in the park.
